Required documents for deeds

The following documents are required for the preparation of the deed:

1. Certified commercial appraisal
2. Valid Mexican Voter ID or Passport
3. Updated birth certificate
4. Tax ID or updated tax situation certificate
5. Proof of residence in PDF or scanned copy form: Bank account statement Electricity bill Internet or phone bill
6. CURP (Mexican ID number)
7. Marriage certificate (if applicable)
8. Naturalization certificate (for foreign nationals)
9. Assignment of rights letter (if the signatory is not the owner of the purchase agreement)
